Development of Class S H Series of Built-in Stoves to Expand Your Cooking Repertoire—Cook Delicious Food with Less Time and Effort!
Overview
In October 2019, Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. launched the H Series of Class S, the top range of Osaka Gas’s Si sensor stoves (built-in type). New functions will provide you with more convenience and further expand your cooking repertoire.
Feature 1: Multipurpose grill pan for effortless cooking of a variety of dishes!
The multipurpose grill pan uses a container such as a plate pan or casserole instead of a conventional grill. The grill pan has a new structure that controls the heat while measuring the container temperature directly with a temperature sensor on the bottom of the plate. The multipurpose grill pan was introduced in 2014 as a new cooking utensil that allows you to easily cook a variety of dishes, such as rice, beef and potato stew, and bread, without the need to wash the grill net. The Class S H Series has four new cooking modes for its multipurpose grill pan. For example, in Thaw & Grill mode, frozen ingredients are thawed and grilled in one process, and the Smoke mode makes smoking easy.

Feature 2: Stove-for-Your-Life app enabling you to search for recipes and send function settings to the stove
You can download the dedicated Stove-for-Your-Life app on your smartphone. The app interacts with your stove via Bluetooth (IoT-compatible function).
The app lists more than 2,000 easy-to-cook recipes. To cook some of them, you can even send the best settings to your stove.
